How to practice living clothes free





  1. Do the ordinary - Clothes free living means doing the things you ordinarily do without clothes.




  2. Try sleeping clothes free - Many people find that sleeping clothes free is a good introduction to clothes free living




  3. Stay clothes free after showering - Since most everyone undresses to shower or bathe, extend the time you spend clothes free after showering. Try going from bathroom to bedroom undressed. Be sure to respect anyone else in the house and cover if needed.




  4. Cook au natural - Consider getting that first cup of coffe or tea undressed. Or prepare a whole meal clothes free. Just remember to we're an apron when frying.
