True Naked Yoga offers online naked yoga classes

True Naked Yoga is the newest online naked yoga offering joining of Naked Yoga School and Nu Reveal Yoga  to deliver pre-recorded naked yoga classes. The yoga sessions run from 10 minute to over 45 minutes. Meditation classes run 5-10 minutes. The classes feature a mix of male and female instructors, mostly women of different ethnicities. Some instructors on True Naked Yoga are listed as yoga teachers, others as  practitioners and others are simply described as models. All the instructors are slim, fit and athletic. No plus size naked yoga instructors are currently visible on the instructor roster. Videos are available to view for free, with a free trial membership no credit card required. A membership on the web site gives the following

• On-Demand Videos - available for  streaming on-demand mostly yoga, but also fitness, pilates, & meditation videos. Classes are available at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. Videos cover various styles including Ashtanga, restorative, and chair, and are grouped around focus/intention/target areas of the the body. Videos are released weekly.
• High Resolution Photos - Yoga practice pose photos in the True Yoga photo galleries.
• Pose & Skills Tutorials - Teach asana’s benefits, target areas, and modifications. This is a particularly useful part of the site providing traditional Sanskrit and English  names for poses and physical benefits of each pose. This leads credence to the true yoga aspect of True Naked Yoga

The website is easy to navigate and lists 105 videos currently. The video classes stream smoothly in in a browser. They are available for purchase or rental streaming on demand  on Vimeo. Unfortunately the two system are not compatible. A website membership will not give you access to the on demand videos on Vimeo. There is a blog with posts covering everything from the benefits of naked yoga, to the difference between naturism and nudism.
