Join us for our first ever Nude Yoga taught by Dr. Brittany at Treehouse for Earth’s Children in Farmington.
We will have a one hour yoga session starting at 3pm with some time to socialize before and after. Bring your own yoga mat or a large beach towel.
Suggested cash donation at the door: $20. This goes mainly to our yoga teacher and Treehouse. NACD will get a piece too.
We plan on having Nude Yoga on a Sunday every month. The day will vary based on our teachers schedule.
